We don't advise on your network. We run it.

Managed network operations, standardization, and fractional CTO for independent ISPs across North America and Europe.

What we take over

Who we work with

Independent FTTH and fixed-wireless operators between 2,000 and 20,000 subscribers — large enough that network problems cost real money, small enough that a full in-house NOC never made sense.

Most of our clients reach us at a specific moment: a key engineer resigned, churn started moving without an explanation, an acquisition doubled the network overnight, or a new OSS went in and nobody can operate it.

Who we are

Mainstay Networks is the international practice of Quick Tech TI, an ISP network operations firm based in Palmas, Brazil, operating since 2019. Our engineers run production FTTH and fixed-wireless networks serving more than 50,000 subscribers across nine operators.

We work from UTC−3 — one to two hours from US Eastern, four to five from Central Europe. Your 9 a.m. is our 10 a.m. You talk to the engineer who holds your configuration, in English, not to a first-tier script.

Start with an assessment

A fixed-fee Network Health Assessment: architecture map, prioritized risk list, and a standardization plan you own whether or not we work together after it.
